Delete from the app
Open the Chatbot Builder iOS app, go to Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm the request. This removes account data, saved chat threads, usage records, and entitlement mappings controlled by chatbotbuilder.store.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@chatbotbuilder.store with the subject Account Deletion Request. Include the email relay or Apple ID email used for Sign in with Apple so we can locate the account.
What remains
Apple subscription billing history is managed by Apple and may remain in your Apple Account purchase history. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal obligations.
