What we collect
Chatbot Builder collects account identifiers, purchase entitlement information, chat messages you send to the app, generated assistant replies, reply draft requests, and basic usage data needed to run the service.
If you choose a contact in the iOS reply assistant, the selected contact name, phone number, or email address may be used to prefill the draft and Apple compose screens. We do not read your iMessage, SMS, Apple Mail, or call history in the background.
The iOS app uses Sign in with Apple for account access and StoreKit for subscriptions. Purchase status is verified server-side so the app can unlock Full Access across supported devices.
Signed-in users may receive one free AI prompt before subscribing. We store whether that free prompt has been used so the app can apply the limit.
How we use data
We use account, purchase, chat, reply draft, selected contact, and usage data to provide persona chat, create user-approved response drafts, save conversation history, enforce fair-use limits, support account recovery, handle account deletion, and troubleshoot service reliability.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or app tracking in the iOS app.
AI processing
Chat messages and reply draft requests are sent to our server and then to our AI model provider only to generate the requested assistant response. Do not submit payment card numbers, passwords, health records, legal documents, or other sensitive information into chat or reply drafts unless a secure approved workflow is provided.
When you choose to open a draft or prompt in an external AI app such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or Perplexity, Chatbot Builder copies the text to your clipboard and opens that destination. The external service receives the text only if you paste or submit it there, and its own terms and privacy policy apply.
Your choices
You can request account deletion inside the iOS app from Settings or by using the account deletion page. Deletion removes app account data, saved threads, usage records, and entitlement mappings we control.
